A lease is created only by a written rental agreement signed by an authorized KEO Management representative.
Applications & screening
All rental applications are processed through our secure resident portal and subject to our published screening criteria, including credit, income, rental history, and background checks. Application fees are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the Site's operation.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services (for example AppFolio and Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEO Management disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
